Mollie Harrison - Adult Ballet Centre CEO

Mollie is a highly skilled instructor specialising in intermediate to advanced classical ballet and strength, stretch and conditioning programs. Her classes focus on pointe development, repertoire training, and comprehensive preparation for performances and auditions. Additionally, Mollie offers expertise in injury recovery for dancers, guiding biomechanics conditioning, physiological programs, and performance analysis: masterclasses and guest tours specialising in Adult Ballet Dancers’ technical progression and Director of Ballet IQ.
With a BA in High-Performance Sports Science and extensive training as a dance artist, Mollie brings a deep understanding of the body and its optimal functioning to her dance instruction. She has trained at esteemed institutions such as VCASS, WAAPA, and Melbourne City Ballet Unit Dance Theatre. She has achieved a Distinction in all Royal Academy of Dance Levels to Advanced II.
Mollie's dedication and talent have earned her notable achievements, including being the overall winner of The Ballet Teachers Workshop and a finalist in the Sydney Eisteddfod. Her commitment to excellence and passion for dance make her a valuable instructor for aspiring dancers seeking to elevate their skills.
Alexandra Cramer

Alex is a highly experienced ballet instructor who offers classes for students of all levels, including Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels and Stretch and Conditioning programs. She provides comprehensive coaching in ballet technique, including pointe work, repertoire, and choreography, specifically geared towards performance and competition preparation.
Alexandra's dance education includes graduating from the prestigious Australian Ballet School and obtaining a Graduate Diploma in classical dance, specialising in the Vaganova Technique. She has honed her skills and performed with renowned institutions such as the Australian Ballet and Universal Studios in Japan and China.
Beyond her dance expertise, Alexandra is also an aspiring singer-songwriter with a deep passion for the performing arts. Her diverse background in dance and music fuels her creativity and dedication to the arts, making her a well-rounded instructor with a holistic approach to teaching

Amy is a versatile instructor offering a range of dance classes. She specialises in introducing students to classical ballet and teaches beginners classical ballet. In addition, she instructs in Progressing Ballet Technique, lyrical jazz, and tap.
Amy's expertise extends beyond traditional dance instruction. She also focuses on Ballet Vitality, ensuring her students maintain a healthy and balanced approach to their ballet training. Additionally, she provides coaching specifically tailored for individuals and their challenges.
Amy holds a Diploma in Dance from World Dance Studios and has trained in the Cecchetti method. She is pursuing a BA in Sports Science and Dietetics, which further enriches her understanding of the human body and its nutritional needs. Amy's ongoing training also includes the Royal Academy of Dance teaching course, contributing to her comprehensive knowledge of ballet technique and pedagogy.
Tonia Walker, AICD Adult Ballet Assessment Program Co-ordinator

Tonia offers private coaching on Saturdays and other times upon request. Trained at Melbourne's Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School, Tonia's dance journey evolved from earning her Cicchetti Licentiate to becoming a primary school teacher focusing on theatre and dance. After rediscovering her passion for dance and exploring figure skating, she became a Level 0 Artistic Coach, specializing in ballet, flexibility, and strength training for ice skaters. Now at the Adult Ballet Centre, Tonia draws on her diverse dance experience to create enjoyable classes for adults, showcasing her dedication and enthusiasm for the art of movement.

Annaliese MacDonald

Annaliese is a passionate and highly accomplished dance artist and educator, bringing a wealth of professional experience and a deep love for adult ballet to the Adult Ballet Centre faculty.
A graduate of The Australian Ballet School (2018), Annaliese went on to perform with The Australian Ballet and later joined The Royal New Zealand Ballet as a Corps de Ballet member from 2020–2022. Her extensive repertoire includes classical and contemporary works by renowned choreographers such as George Balanchine, Twyla Tharp, Ohad Naharin, and William Forsythe.
Annaliese has also made her mark as a choreographer. She was selected to create original works for The Royal New Zealand Ballet’s choreographic seasons in 2020 and 2021, and her work ‘Limerence’ was commissioned into film for the company’s 2022 digital season. Most recently, she was engaged by Artistic Director Ty King-Wall to choreograph for the Royal New Zealand Ballet and the Scottish Ballet—an exciting recognition of her creative talent.
In addition to her performance and choreographic career, Annaliese is a passionate and dedicated teacher focusing on adult ballet training. She has also trained with Sydney Dance Company, enriching her contemporary artistry. She holds qualifications in Pilates, which she integrates into her teaching to support safe, functional movement and body awareness.
Annaliese is known for her thoughtful approach to musicality, technique, and creativity. She brings warmth, precision, and deep care to every class, creating a supportive space where adult dancers feel seen, challenged, and inspired. She especially values the commitment and openness of adult learners and is passionate about helping them build confidence, strength, and personal expression through dance.
