Don't fear if you feel like you don't have enough time to do the things you love or learn new things!

We now offer day-time adult ballet classes for all levels, perfect for those who want to strengthen, stretch, and refine their technique but can't commit to evening classes. Our supportive and welcoming environment helps build self-confidence, posture, and coordination.

Our classes range from Introduction to Classical Ballet (for those with no adult ballet experience), Adult Beginner Classical Ballet, to Advanced level classes to help strengthen, increase flexibility, and refine technique, with more advanced classes focusing on specific training areas.

The experienced teachers and coaches at the Adult Ballet Centre guide and instruct daytime classes, providing the perfect way for anyone to start their ballet journey.

Age: 16+ (no upper age limit)

Skill level: Beginner to Intermediate levels

Time: (90mins) When Monday 12pm Beginners Classical Ballet Wednesday 12pm Open Level Classical Ballet this class aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where dancers can refine their technique, strengthen their skills, and express themselves through the art of ballet. (Advanced Beginners/ Intermediate/Advanced dancers are welcome). Thursday 11am Introduction (no experience) Thursday 12:30pm Foundation Beginners Classical Ballet Friday 12pm Intermediate Classical Ballet.

Other classes: Floor Barre: Monday 11:30am Wednesday 11:30am Thursday 12:00pm (these run before the classes for 30mins to help with strength, flexibility and technique development) Contemporary Dance Flow Saturday Saturday 11:00am

Pointe classes: An Adult Ballet Centre instructor must assess each person before attending any pointe class. There is a requirement to take a minimum of two Ballet classes per week, and one of these Ballet classes should be taken before the pointe class.

RATES: Casual class dance classes - $34.60  5 -Class Pass $150.00 * valid for 6 weeks from time of purchase, can be used against all classes on the timetable * excludes Pointe and Floor Barre 10 -Class Pass $286.00 * valid for 14 weeks from time of purchase, can be used against all classes on the timetable * excludes Pointe and Floor Barre 20 -Class Pass $540.00 * valid for 14 weeks from time of purchase, can be used against all classes on the timetable * excludes Pointe and Floor Barre Unlimited Classes Subscription Membership $368.50 per month minimum commitment of three months. Arnold Street Studio This mid-century warehouse studio has high ceilings, white walls, well-lit spaces, sprung floors with Tarkett, ballet barres, change room bathroom facilities, a kitchenette, and a reception lounge. Studio space can be hired for dance, yoga, photography, and more. Located: 3-5, factory 6, Arnold Street, Cheltenham on Bunurong Country, a short 15 min walk from Southland Station, with plenty of car parking in the surrounding streets.
