We invite you to join one of our adult dance classes and explore options. Dance is an excellent activity for self-expression, building confidence, and enhancing overall well-being.

We are here to support you in taking the first step into the studio, welcome you, and ensure you have found the correct class and level.
We offer private tuition if requested. Booking for private coaching can be found via our private coaching page This personalised instruction will help you ease into the dance environment if it is something you are dreaming of doing, but need a little more confidence.

Enrolment are open for the Australian Institute of Classica Dance Adult Ballet Assessment Program Levels 1 - 5 with the Adult Ballet Centre - All details can be found on our direct link here.
1st Sunday of every month - 3:30-5:30 PM | 120 minutes Ballet Extension & Repertoire Levels 4–6
The Ballet Extension & Repertoire Class is an advanced training experience designed for committed adult ballet dancers seeking depth, refinement, and artistic development beyond the standard class format. This class is not for the faint-hearted. Over an extended 120-minute session, dancers work intensively to strengthen classical technique, expand physical and artistic capacity, and engage deeply with repertoire.

Sunday 20 December Open Day for Introduction to Classical Ballet Come along and try Ballet 2pm - 3pm class followed by a Q&A registrations required.
Sunday 20 December Repertoire Extension class Intermediate /Advanced dancers ( Level 4+ to 6 ) 3.30 - 5.30pm (120 mins)
Classes continue:
Monday 21, Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 December
Monday 28, Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 December
Return to studio full timetable resumes from Saturday 2 January 2027 onwards

Pirouette Workshop Thursday for three weeks, land and refine those tricky pirouettes 8pm every Thursday 7, 14 and 21 of January - Registration/Booking open soon. This workshop is designed for L2 - L4 participants

Valentines Day EVENT is Back by popular demand!
Yes, it is that time of year to celebrate with the special person in your life; we are sharing this highly popular event run by the Adult Ballet Centre, open to all who wish to come along to have some fun, be social and take a ballet class together! We hold a special class every year for adult ballet dancers and others who are curious to try something different. Don’t be shy!!
This unique, fun event is for everyone who wants to celebrate being with a special partner, family member, or friend and share their passion or discover ballet while having lots of fun and celebrating love. All welcome!
Sunday 14 February Arnold Street Studio, Cheltenham 75 min class followed by social event and light refreshments.
